Ron Tritz – Owner and President

Ron began his career at Central Machine as a 15-year-old sweeping the floors. A few years later, he began operating manual machines. Ron has worked at virtually every position in the company through the years, and knows the metal fabrication business inside and out.

Kathy Tritz – Vice President

Kathy joined Central Machine shortly after Ron assumed ownership. With 25 years experience in credit and collections, Kathy oversees bookkeeping and day-to-day operations away from the shop floor.
